Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for services purchased from Kristavia Homeworks LLC. Because our work is a professional service, refunds depend on what part of a payment has been used.

2. Two Types of Payment

Payments may include a service fee (for our strategy, setup, management and reporting) and an advertising budget (money spent on third-party ad platforms such as Meta, TikTok or Google).

3. Service Fees

Service fees cover work that begins as soon as a project starts and are non-refundable once work has begun. If you cancel before any work has started, we will refund the service fee in full.

4. Advertising Budget

Ad budget that has already been spent on an advertising platform cannot be refunded, because it has been paid to that platform. Any ad budget we hold that has not yet been spent will be refunded on request, less any processing cost described below.

5. Processing Fee

Refunds may be reduced by non-recoverable payment processing fees charged by banks or payment providers (typically up to 3% of the refunded amount).

6. How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] with your name, company, invoice number and the reason for the request. We will confirm the refundable amount within 5 business days.

7. Processing Time

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to show the credit.

8. When Refunds Are Not Issued

• For ad spend already delivered by an advertising platform.
• Because campaign results did not meet expectations, since results are not guaranteed.
• When an ad account is restricted by a platform due to the client's products, claims or website.

9. Disputes and Chargebacks

Please contact us first so we can resolve any billing issue quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in the pause of active campaigns while the dispute is reviewed.
